We love Christmas parties and when Edelman reached out to help them, we jumped at the chance. The magical ingredient to any large-scale Christmas party is the entertainment along with great food and drinks – we knew the perfect headliner… BONGO’S BINGO!
We searched London for the perfect venue and fell in love with The Steel Yard. Food was next on the list, and we needed to create something fun and interactive, so we built street food stalls serving yummy winter warmer food – The Mac and Cheese Shack / The Taco Shack, both winners in our eyes! Later that night we would open a pop-up chip shop to soak up the beers!
Our main challenge was getting guests off the coach and across the short busy road to enter the venue. With Bingo the main headliner what better way to chaperone guest to the door than our army of Bingo Grannies equipped with megaphones to really keep our guests in check – hilarious!
02Delivery
The night kicked off with our Grannies meet and greeting along with drinks reception. The food stalls were in full swing, and the menus were a massive hit. We then ushered guests into the main show area ready for BINGO!!! It was a huge success, and everyone was on their feet from the beginning. From then onwards our DJ’s kept the party going and everyone celebrated in style.
Feedback
The client was super happy, and everyone loved the party. After being postponed multiple times, everyone loved being together and enjoyed creating some magical moments. We can’t wait to work with these guys again – such a pleasure!
