B&M is one of the U. K’s fastest growing variety retailers will offer 3million shoppers per week. When B&M reached out to help create an epic Christmas Party for their 400 hardworking senior team, we couldn’t wait to get started!
The brief was to create and deliver an incredible evening full of dancing, singing and great food and drinks – of course, we knew just the trick – a bespoke and private Bongo’s Bingos Extravaganza!
02Delivery
Square Fish manage all aspects of the event plan from venue find, production, food and drink to décor, travel, and hotels. We shortlisted and visited many potential venues and decided on The Shankly Hotel in Liverpool (Rooftop) – it’s a stunning space including two private bars, view of Liverpool and a private garden.
We got to work on the production and created the stage, huge LED screen for show content and stunning lighting designs and wintery décor to really bring the venue to life.
We always like to add the magical touches and pay attention to the finer details. We created a mouth-watering street food style menu with nachos, dips, stone baked pizzas and chips, however we always like to make everything bespoke, and create personalised Pizza boxes with the face of their amazing CEO “Bobby” on the front – who wouldn’t love their own pizza shop!!
Guests were welcomed to the rooftop via a private lift into the champagne reception – food and drinks were flowing with the live DJ getting guests ready for one epic show. BONGOS BINGO! – the show had everyone on their feet from the start and guests partied, danced, joined in competitions, and partied the night away!
